  2. International Shipping: Rates vary by destination. Delivery in 7-14 business days.
Tracking Your Order

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  1. Any customs or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your

Damaged or Lost Packages

  1. We’re not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives
    damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging
    materials and damaged items.

Exchange Policy

How to Qualify for an Exchange
  1. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
  2. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.

  3. Personalized or custom-made products

Steps to Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at with your
    order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  2. Ship the Item: After confirmation from our team, send the item(s) to the address
    provided. Use secure packaging and consider a trackable shipping service.
  3. Receive Your New Item: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll
    process your exchange and ship the new item(s). You’ll receive a confirmation email
    with the tracking information.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  1. You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
  2. If the exchange is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchange Processing Time

  1. After we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of
    your exchange.
