- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

- International Shipping: Rates vary by destination. Delivery in 7-14 business days.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Any customs or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your

Damaged or Lost Packages
- We’re not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives
damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging
materials and damaged items.
Exchange Policy
How to Qualify for an Exchange
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.

Steps to Exchange an Item
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at contact@miles2smile.com with your
order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange. - Ship the Item: After confirmation from our team, send the item(s) to the address
provided. Use secure packaging and consider a trackable shipping service. - Receive Your New Item: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll
process your exchange and ship the new item(s). You’ll receive a confirmation email
with the tracking information.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
- If the exchange is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchange Processing Time
- After we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of
your exchange. - Approved exchanges will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
