A. Refund Policy

Refund will be entertained for unintended donation. In case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel his donation, we will respond to the donor within 7 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction.The donor will have to send Miles2Smile Foundation a written request for a refund within 2 days of making the donation to Miles2Smile Foundation’s email contact@miles2smile.org along with1. Proof of the deduction of the donation amount.2. In cases where the donation receipt has already been issued to the donor, the donor will have to return the original receipt to us at our office addresses.

B. Credit/Debit Card Security

Miles2Smile Foundation is grateful for the donations that help us continue our valuable work. When you donate to Miles2Smile online, your card information is secured; your credit card number is used only for that particular transaction and is not stored. If you allow us to store your credit card or bank information for future use such as recurring donation, such information will be stored by the payment services financial institution. Miles2Smile Foundation only uses financial institution that adheres to the industry standards for storing such information.

Absolutely. The security and confidentiality of your information is our highest priority. We use industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to protect your information and provide a safe and secure environment for online donations.

Miles2Smile is a non-profit organization registered under Section-8 of the Companies Act 2013 (18 of 2013) and Rule 8-Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014. The organization has its headquarter in New Delhi. The prime working area of the organization is relief & rehabilitation of distressed individuals or groups and educational upliftment of the marginalized and underprivileged.
