  4. Does Miles2Smile Foundation share information with others?
    4.1 Miles2Smile Foundation will never trade, share or sell user information to third parties. We will only
    share personally identifiable information with third parties in the following situations:
    The person submitting the information authorizes us to share it.
    4.2 Sharing the information is a necessary operation of the site, for instance, sending credit card
    information to an online authorizer to process a credit card transaction. These third parties are not
    allowed to use this information for any purpose except fulfilling orders and customer service. We do
    not take responsibility for and have no control over the data collected and used by third parties that
    process online credit card transactions.

    to transact, fulfill and or account for online donations that you have authorized.
    will never share, trade or sell any donor personal information (such as email addresses, phone numbers,
    mailing addresses etc.) with any third party unless the donor has explicitly given us the permission to do
    so. Exceptions to these are limited to sharing personal information to cooperate with law enforcement
    officials and transmitting personal information, such as credit card information, to online authorizers as
    required to process a transaction.
    Miles2Smile Foundation will never send mailings on behalf of other organizations unless the donor has
    authorized us to do so
