Aasif mujtaba

Founder & Director

An alumnus of Aligarh Muslim University and IIT-Delhi, Aasif Mujtaba, has an excellent academic background and exemplary technical skills. He is the Founder and CEO of Miles2Smile Foundation, a not for profit organization that has been working extensively for the relief and rehabilitation of the victims of communal violence, Mob Lynching & communal demolition. He is the Director of Sunrise Public School, a relief school that is dedicated towards ensuring the education of the victims of Delhi Pogrom 2020. He is also the Vice President of IMAN-Indian Muslim Association of NGOs, which works for the holistic collaboration among Indian Muslim NGOs. He was the co-organizers of 'Shaheen Bagh' anti CAA protest. He has served as the Treasurer, Data Protection Officer and executive committee member at IIT-DELHI Alumni Association. He has authored and co-authored two international books too. He has also worked as an Environmental Engineer for MWH Pvt. Ltd. and as an Assistant Professor at Manav Rachna International University.

Md. Qaiser

Director

Md. Qaiser is a self employed professional who believes in serving humanity and takes immense pleasure in restoring smiles.

Md Sanaullah Akbar

Board Member

Sanaullah Akbar is a Mechanical Engineer by profession with a keen interest in photography and creative writing. He likes to have intense discussion on various socio-political issues.

Mohd Danish

Board Member

A Medical Professionist, Danish has a long career in the field of medical relief & rehabilitation. After the Delhi Pogrom 2020, he was one of the most active team leader on the fields , managing various elements of the relief and rehabilitation. He also manages the community Healthcare Center at loni.

Afreen Fatima

BOARD MEMBER

Afreen Fatima is a student leader from Allahabad, UP. She is a prominent Muslim voice against the anti-Muslim policies of the Indian state. She completed MA in Linguistics from JNU, where she is also served as an elected councilor in the students' union 2019-20 from the School of Language, Literature, and Culture Studies. Formerly, she has been the elected president of Women's College Students' Union in the Aligarh Muslim University 2018-19.

Asif Seraj

Board Member

Asif Seraj has done his Graduation from IIT Delhi. He is currently working at National Highways Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited.

Mimi

DEPARTMENT OF ADORABILITY

Mimi the cat is the youngest member of the Miles2Smile team. With her yellowish eyes, a small nose, long white whiskers, an elegant body, super flexible tail, pretty paws and its soft white fluffiness, she is the cutest of all the employees. She has managed to claw her way into our office and hearts. Mimi has an infantile personality and is playful, curious and sometimes clumsy too. Mimi is absolutely purr-fect and paw-some!
